Every morning enjoying this delicious smoothie to fill my tummy, nourish and balance my body and to keep my mind super clear.
1 x Banana, handful of organic spinach, handful of frozen blueberries, almond milk, 1tbsp cacao, 1 tbsp plant protein powder, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/2 tsp of Ashwagandha, blitz together. Sprinkle with home made granola, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, raspberries and a little Super Greens Fudge sliced thinly.
I love this in winter too and I pull the frozen berries out about an hour before hand so it isn't too cold. Enjoy. x
