Ingredients: Gotu Kola, Lemon balm, Spearmint, Chamomile, Licorice root, Cardamom.

Infusion: 1 teaspoon per cup. Infuse Calm Tonic for 4 minutes. Add honey or maple for additional sweetness + nurturing. This tonic translates beautifully to iced tea.
